3. Wild garlic miso using pearl barley Koji

4. Lacto fermented leaves, stems and buds
Leaves to make dolmas, stems to add to sauces and buds for garnish

5. Wild garlic vinegar made with our own cider vinegar

6. Lemon and Kaffir lime koshso with last years chilli’s( all from the garden)

This is my very belated #internationalwomensday post due to being bed bound for the better part of a week.

Georgie is the singular driving force behind everything we do and to put it simply the business wouldn’t function or exist without the tireless effort Georgie puts in to everything she does and I fall in love with her more and more everyday.

And for anyone who has any doubt who is actually in charge it’s @georgie_kalouraskitchen
